SCAMMERS don't buy. Will not accept free returns. You have to send (on your dime) to Dubai. (Read the fine print which I didn't do...returns only for damaged clothing). Good luck if it doesn't fit well or you just don't like the look, or if it doesn't look like the pictures). If it fits and you like it it's great but if not you're sunk.

Their site offers free return shipping but THEY DO NOT. False advertising to be sure. In fact they don't take returns at all but instead offer you a fraction of what you paid to keep the item which tells me it's all from China even though they said otherwise on their site. Bad practice and I am very sorry I made an order with them as it appears I am stuck with items I don't want due to very strange fabric and sizing, and receiving half of what I paid for them. They could make it right and follow through on their claim of free returns but it doesn't look like they are going to do that. Do not order from them.

If zero was an option, I would select it. Worst company ever. Does not honor returns on their misrepresented, paper-thin, garbage clothing. They try to negotiate with you on the returns and then state that they can only reimburse up to “this amount and you can keep the clothing.” See copy and paste below from their email. Dear customer: The best we can compensate is $180, You can keep the item(s) for your own use. If you insist on returning, this is the return address: 14709 182 ND ST Springfield Gardens, NY 11413. Once you send , please give us the return tracking number. We will refund the money ASAP after receiving the package, and we wont bear the shipping cost. We apologize for any inconvenience to this matter.Thank you for your understanding. I spent $231.00 on their crap clothing that they want me to “keep” so they can reimburse me only $180. I would not have spent $50 on these pieces, trust me. Beware and DO NOT trust this scam of a company. I am submitting a complaint to the BBB and considering other actions against them just for sheer principle so they stop scamming everyone.

This is the absolute WORST company! Everything is a LIE, from the return policy to the to where they are made (definitely NOT the UK or US) to the horrible clothing itself. Do. Not Waste your money!!!!

Dress did not fit. Don't know how to return it.

UPDATE: I received an email offering me $65 if I keep the items. I wrote back stating that I want to return them for a full refund of $192. Over 24 hours and I have not had a reponse from Rofye. These items are cheap, poorly made, low quality, and there is no way I would have paid these prices had I seen them first. They are not as pictured. The fabric is slippery, does not breathe, and feels uncomfortable.

I sent an email with no response regarding product is not sized correctly and I need to return it.

The dresses were gigantic and cheaply made. a refund and they offered a partial refund and wanted me to keep the dresses. I am now dealing with my bank getting in charge and I suggest all of you should.
