Rofye.com goes to rogue website . Is there a legit website Rofye.com??

I ordered a sweater that is nothing like the picture. I’ve sent several emails trying to return and have gotten only one response offering $11.00 refund on a $65.09 sweater

I received an email saying it shipped with a tracking number but every time I check it says USPS hasn't received package and its been over a week. Only way to contact is through email and they dont respond. Pretty sure I got scammed!

Looking to see how to return a dress. Service does not bring me to a place I can get a return slip. Please advise

We have been waiting for our order for over a month. No contact number to reach Rofye. To contact them the site says to email service. when you type that email it brings you to the web with multiple choices but none to contact service. We will be contacting our credit card company to dispute payment

The product we received met our quality expectations. However, the XL was, at best, a medium. We decided it wasn't what we wanted, so we requested a refund. No refund... I could pay for shipping and a $10.00 refund was offered. Buyer beware. A service department it's not.

I ordered from this company because they said all of their clothing is made in Los Angeles. I was very disappointed when I received my order, many weeks later, & the bags both shirts were packaged in say Made in China in small print. False advertising!

This company has no company service or return policy. Read all the fine print. They sent me the wrong item and refused to come good on not just a return but we just wanted to exchange it for the right item. They refused. Will never shop there again.
