Horrible. Size doesn’t fit. Site says 30 day free return. They don’t allow returns. They offered me $9 and then $16 for a $55 sweatshirt that doesn’t fit.

I would rate zero stars but it won't let me🤷‍♀️ BUYER BEWARE!! These are NOT from South Carolina but China 🤬 I have been trying to return my $103 purchase & was 1st offered $15 back, then $30 and my final offer $50. Then I was told it would be expensive to mail them back to Dubai so I should just take the $50 & keep the items. Save yourself the time & frustration and just shop elsewhere!!

Bought a sweatshirt to test these guys out. $55.00 and a month later it finally arrived. The size was WAY too small. They say 30 days for returns on website but it’s NOT TRUE! They refuse to refund my money asking for additional funds to send a different size and to keep the one they sent. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FOLKS. TERRIBLE QUALITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE.

Don’t buy from them if you think you want to return. They try to bribe you to accept less than you paid

Bought 2 items from Rofye. Website claims products are made in US. Sweatshirt and dress came in bags with Chinese characters. Also, bag had a Chinese postage label that then had a US postage label applied over it. Quality of the fabric for both items was poor and thin. Kept the sweatshirt, but tried to return the dress as the fit was not good (and did not look like fit of dress on the website). They only offered $7 refund for $50 dress. False advertising about where goods are made and shipped.

Do Not Buy!!! They do not take returns as many have stated here. They told me I’d have to ship them back to Dubai and kept offering me different amounts to keep what I ordered. I’ll never wear the shirts. They do not look good in person. Website is a scam!

The quality is not nearly as nice as the pictures and as others have stated they will not give you a refund. I do think this company is operating out of China, it took over a month to get my clothes. They offered me $15 back on a $115 order. Ridiculous.

Do NOT buy anything from this company unless you are absolutely certain that you are going to keep the merchandise. Their website says free returns but I tried to return two of the items from my order which should have been a refund of $69.95. They told me they would give me $25 and to keep the merchandise. I asked them to give me the information for free returns and to credit my account for $69.95. They said they would give me $45. They said that the return shipping would be on me and it would be very expensive. Totally false advertising. They also claim that the merchandise is made in the United States, but the bag the items was shipped in had Chinese writing on. I doubt that it was coming from the United States. BUYER BEWARE.
