Ordered sweater10/13/2022, its11/29 and havent received it!

Do not order from this company. RUN. I placed an order and after not getting it after a month asked them to cancel . They then sent it and even though they say you can return it they will not give you all your money back and please note they do not have a return address anywhere on their website. I am filing a complaint with the attorney general office in hopes they shut these scam artists down. They offered me 35.00 and said to keep the merchandise ( that didn’t fit). I paid 215.00$. Scammer’s!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM Rofye. Only gave one star but would have been zero. I wish I would have been able to find reviews before I ordered from Rofye. The merchandise I ordered did not fit and they are not sending me return authorization. Have received a second email offering me 1/3 of what I spent. The merchandise does not comply with their size chart and even though they say refunds within 30 days they do not honor it.

I wish I had read the reviews on trustpilot before I purchased from Royfe. No returns accepted. Advertised as made in USA - actually made in China.

Would not refund money when items did not fit. Much smaller than stated size.

SCAM Entity, do not conduct business. Purchased three shirts based on the advertised claim that this is a USA-based company "Our products are all made in Los Angeles and ship directly from there. In addition to bolstering the economy by increasing jobs, it also means a speedier delivery for our customers. " Products are cheap knockoffs produced in China and their concept of "easy returns" actually means "no returns". The only contact information is a UK-based defunct telephone number and a general email address. A faceless/nameless person/robot responds with general answers like them being unable to return the merchandise but being willing to provide some sort of small percentage credit. Returns apparently must be shipped by customer's expense to Dubai (if that's even real) and the CC charges go to "PINGPONG*RHKQLRG.COHONGKONG" which is also linked to this bogus apparel website: rhkqlrg(dot)com/. Buyer beware these is an overseas predator.

This retailer DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. Their site says return within 30 days in large type but they only accept returns on items that are damaged (not even sure this is true). What online retailer doesn’t accept returns? Rofye. Now I am stuck with merchandise that is too small and I can’t wear.

I wish I had read these before I ordered! Sized at least 2 sizes small and is thin polyester fabric, completely unwearable! I checked before I ordered and their website clearly states free returns, but like others say, first offer was $24 of $90 and I could keep the items, when I refused that, the highest they got to was $45 and shipping for return is to Dubai. DO NOT ORDER!!!
