Wish I had found this site before ordering... Had placed several orders with company and was very pleased with purchases. On last order, I needed to make a return. Their English is poor. They are offering me $15 to keep items and I spent over $100 on the two tops. Now they are MIA and not responding!! Do not fall for the return policy, it's a joke!

Beware!!! They will not issue refunds and offer $8 instead!!! Do not purchase this clothing it’s cheap and poor quality.

I have bought from that company because they where saying on the website that it was manufactured in California, giving US workers jobs. When i received my order there were sticker indicating -made in china- on my two sweatshirt. What a scam. I have asked for a refund but they offered me 16$ Rebate out of 82$. Moreover, the quality is poor and the color is far away from the picture. It shows green but what i received is turquoise.

Communication with your return department is awful. I have sent numerous emails regarding retuning two of the three tops. Not happy with the quality or fit. They seem to not understand English . Responses are poorly written. Now they are offering me an $8 refund on an $80 return.

The top I ordered for my wife was not only the wrong size, but it was the wrong style. The one I ordered was supposed to be a medium, and the neck was suposed to be a 'V' neck. Not sure how to fix this. Can you help me? 602-670-2691

Never received item from ROFYE. Got 2 different tracking numbers, the 2nd one they gave me after i asked why i hadn't received it yet. Does not seem to be a legitimate company. Update: I finally did receive the item I ordered.

Terrible! If I could give -0 I would, I ordered 4 items from Rofye and was not happy with any of them (fit, material). I went to the website to get an authorization to return the products and found I had to contact service at rofye dot com. I was asked if there was a problem with the products. I responded "no I just don't like them or the way they fit". I corresponded with service at rofye dot com 16 times! They began responding "maybe you could give them to your friends or family, or sell them online", I responded "I want a full refund". Then asked if I would accept $30USD (my purchase was over $130), I responded "no I want a full refund". Then asked if I would accept $45USD, I responded "no, I want a full refund". The next email said that "$60USD was the highest compensation they could give, if you don't accept it the return address is in Dubai and it is not worth returning." I could not believe this ordeal. I finally accepted the $60USD but it took several more emails for the refund to hit my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. READ ALL REVIEWS (you have to do a google search for reviews because they control what is on their site). THIS IS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE: (4)About the refund: We guarantee to refund your money to your account within 7 days.Thank you for your short stay. They can get away with this because once you have had a similar experience to mine they might refund your account but you cannot return your items for a FULL refund or you can choose to return them to DUBAI and pay $$ for shipping but may not ever receive a refund and still not have your purchase.

DO NOT order from this company. They state that they accept returns yet when I requested return authorization due to the item looking nothing like the photo, poor quality fabric, they offered me $5.00 and you can keep the item. the item was $39.99 + Frt $14. $53.99. I emailed back no I want to return it and have a full refund, I don't like or want the item. They replied they would refund me $15 and I can keep it. I replied once again I want to return it, I do not want the item, i want a full refund. they replied that I could return it but the warehouse is in Dubai and I would have to pay the freight to send it back to the warehouse. Long story short the frt is too much so I had to accept the $15. credit. I will never recommend this company to any friends and caution anyone placing an order with them.
