I started using Roc Nation Distribution for my record label because I really appreciate how they handle metadata on YouTube delivering complete credits like composer, producer, and label names without filtering them. The dashboard looks modern and the portabilty features for artists are a good idea. However, there are some technical and operational flaws that need urgent fixing. The invitation system for new artists/payees frequently glitches, sending invalid or broken links that lock artists out before they can even set up their profiles. Additionally, customer support response times are way too slow for a professional environment, sometimes taking weeks to resolve a simple account issue. For a record label with strict release schedules, this lack of quick communication is a major risk. It has great potential because of the brand and the metadata precision, but they really need to stabilize the platform and improve their support system.

was contacted by someone from this company regarding recruitment. When I declined to send personal photos and clarified that I am a tantric masseuse and not an escort, the individual became hostile and aggressive. He proceeded to call me names and send bullying, inappropriate messages. I have screenshots of the entire conversation. This behavior is unprofessional, unethical, and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Going through the same situation as everyone else. I uploaded two songs to ROC Nation Distribution and now I am locked out of my account, going on over a week. I’ve reached out to support twice with no response yet.
