Items are just as pictured for the most part fast delivery and easy ordering process. I believe the T-shirts are of good quality only time will tell. Sizes are true.

Eric
Great products. However a bit pricey and slow on delivery.
Response from RockMerch.comFeb 6, 2022
Hi Eric, You are so awesome to have given us a review! We know our shirts may not be the least expensive online but ours are fully licensed and official (and more expensive for us) and the bands benefit from the royalties they receive so you can feel good about that. If you sign up for our newsletter, we do have promotions from time to time that can lower the prices too. :-) Also, your items were special order and take a bit longer to arrive. We are working on speeding this process up as well. Looking forward to seeing you on the site again soon! You absolutely Rock! RockMerch 🤘

I've tried multiple times to return an item and no one answers my emails. Very disappointed for what I paid not to be able to exchange for another size. Will not be ordering again. Denise Work
Response from RockMerch.comFeb 6, 2022
Hi Denise, I have verified with the customer service team that we have responded to you, not only once, but twice. "Customer emailed twice and was responded to both items asking her for more information about what items she will be returning." We are the first to accept honest feedback and criticism when warranted but these reviews will live on for eternity and the idea that we don't respond to emails is not something that we can accept. As we mentioned before, if you have not seen our emails, please check your spam/junk folders since our replies may be going there. If you know what you want to return, we will be very happy to honor your request. Please email us at [email protected]. We would love for you to experience our extraordinary customer service and win you back as a future customer! :-) Best regards, Steve Newman, CEO RockMerch
