I was scared about some negative…
I was scared about some negative reviews this company received. However, there were great reviews too and I understand how spiteful we can be as humans. Nonetheless, I had an outstanding experience with this company. I paid with apple pay which was linked to an old inactive email address, I did not receive any order confirmations so I was patient albeit worried because I respect artisan products. Suffice it to say, not only were they knowledgeable about the issue but they fixed it before I could inquire again, and the shirts were in my mailbox within that week. Yes please! I am now anticipating one more shirt from them and I’m here to tell you, with their quality, and how tentative they were…it is well worth the wait. Just be patient and pour sugar on them. They’re a good company by me. Thank you rockmerch 👍

The merchandise itself is awesome but...
The merchandise itself is awesome, but the shipping rate and the customer service are awful. I ordered a t-shirt in November, and it didn't come until the end of January. Despite my attempts to contact customer service via email and my phone, and never received any information.

Hi Marie, You could have stopped at "The merchandise itself is awesome" and we would have been OK with that! 😀 Seriously, we do apologize for the long wait time but the items you ordered were Special Order and on top of that there were extra long shipping delays over the holidays. We did reply to you to give you a status and either the emails went into the junk mail or were otherwise blocked. We respond to all the inquiries we receive. Excellent customer service is very important to us. Right now, even our Special Order items are turning around in about a week so we hope you give us another try, especially because you like our Merch! Peace and Love, RockMerch 🤘
