This company is well worth steering clear of. They don't communicate anything with you other than they got your money. They take their time with your order. If you question them they feed you a fictitious line of how it was stated on the website. B. S.! There are oh so many places on the web to find the exact same products as Rockmerch.com who are actually grateful and committed to providing you something for your money. Don't be a fool as I was and order several items only to wonder where they are and then be chastised by the company for inquiring about your order. You as a human being deserve basic respect. You won't find it here.

I never get a complete order. You over charge never send the merch so I'm not going to order from you ever again...............You are the block buster of rock merch. sorry but this was not pleasant and I was robbed.

This company is horrible! I placed an order 'buy now in time for christmas" I ordered on 12/8/22 still nothing from them. I was told that its a special order and it will take longer! And thats all they said! This is complete bullsh*t! Customer service is a joke! Now a Christmas gift is ruined and its way to late to order from a better company! DONT BUY FROM ROCKMERCH!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK

I bought 8 t-shirts Aug 26. All size M. They were shipped in 4 different packages at different times. Ironically the one that was actually in stock and not a "customer order" arrived last ok Sep 26. This was a little annoying but I can live with that. The quality however… 2 of the 8 t-shirts are made with good quality jersey body fabric and rib collar fabric. Unfortunately these 2 do not fit me at all. One is very tight at the chest and armholes are really small cutting into my armpits. The other is comically short for a size M. Thankfully the other 6 fit true to size and are somewhat consistent with one another. Unfortunately the print quality in all but 1 t-shirt is absolute garbage. I cannot recommend ROCKMERCH and will have to shop elsewhere for my favourite band t-shirts.

The print on all the shirts were off center or at the bottom of the shirt. Poor short quality. After one wash all shirts became a crop top.

Everything i ordered came as i expected and very quickly the items i received are great thank you!!!!
