Great NOS finds great prices

I bought & received t-shirts and were not satisfied with the quality and fits. The sizes were completely off for a couple of women’s tops and they did not look how they were advertised on the site when in person. Neither shirt fit me and my sister like a normal women’s t-shirt would have fit us; they were way too small and we aren’t out of shape people. Also, the overall delivery process was slow. As a result, I had requested a full refund of my money. I was then directed to their policy that says that their shirts are “official” and they can only offer exchanges, no refunds. Official Baldan cotton t-shirts anyone could screen print? Got it. Sure, I guess I missed the small print on the website. However, the concert I had purchased the shirts for had come & gone, they didn’t fit us nor were of great quality, so why would I want a store credit for something else? For weeks, there has been back and forth over a refund. Simply, in conclusion, don’t hold people hostage to your business because there are thousands of other businesses with more flexible policies. I’ve sent the shirts back on my own dime because a return label was never provided to me. There was an email that said I’d be refunded if my credit card company reversed a chargeback I requested, which they did. To date, I haven’t received a refund or the store credit that I don’t even want. This is probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and regret finding this store!

You charged me $50+ for two Tshirts and never sent me my merch or responded to the multiple emails I sent about the order. This all the way back in September.

I wish I had never placed an order with this company. I saw a T-shirt in their online catalog which I wanted for an event in January and ordered it. The next day, I received a tracking notice for my order - so far so good. When I follow the tracking information, there is no information regarding the order status. I went to my online account to learn that the status is "not fulfilled," a term which means they took my money and may decide to make the shirt some day. I tried to contact Customer Service. They do not have their own employees on a help line. If you call the 800 phone number they provide, it is a third party ("to save money" according to their website) which took my message. I received an email response (see screenshot) over 24 hours later telling me I could not cancel my order and that it may take up to "32 business days" - almost 2 months for a T-shirt! That is called using OPM to run your business. They also use another third-party App, Shop, to provide tracking information. Shop could not provide information because the order had not been fulfilled in two weeks. Bottom line, they took my money to finance the order and I have no idea when I will get this merchandise. No one should do business with such an unethical company with such a "fake it until you make it" business model.
