Purchased a $135 Little Mermaid pendant with "chain." Chain is a piece of string, connector broke in 10 minutes, trying to find a real chain but circle hook on pendant is so small chains are all too lightweight. Rotten product, $135 for a gold plated pendant with a piece of poorly made string. Never again.

I ordered a expensive set of earrings for my daughter for Christmas. I literally got an email from them five hours later stating that they’re going to have a 30% off sale! They claimed that I will be wowed by their exemplary customer service. So I reached out to them to test this theory. They will not refund me. They will not allow a return. They will not give me a cash discount on my next purchase. They will not get another order from me. Too bad, as I was going to order another item for my daughter. So far not too exemplary in my books. Actually their tone is fairly combative and that is too bad for a small company. I wish them all the best in figuring out what it means to have exemplary customer service.
