I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife and the product was smaller then expected, I let them know and they printed and shipped me a new one with the size change at no cost to me and they didn't even ask to return the other one, this is a good company to deal with, I will order from them again.

The shirt I ordered was great, high quality printing as advertised. I was actually impressed with the quality of the printing, so it is unfortunate to say the experience of ordering through Rockin'Tee left a lot to be desired. The problem is the slow shipping and lack of customer service. I would have given 5 stars if not for the annoyance I went through for nearly two months. I placed my order on May 27th and finally received it on July 16th. The coronavirus is slowing things down, and I understand that, but I've ordered from other companies where the delay has been maybe one or two weeks, nothing like this. My order confirmation said my order would ship within 5-15 business days of my payment processing, but it didn't... it was "processing/printing" for over a month, whereas the payment took one or two days to post to my credit card. The customer service is just a bot that emails you after you submit a general inquiry (you can't actually write out a complaint or tell them specifics, you can only select a topic from a dropdown list). When my order was marked as "shipped", it also took over two weeks for the tracking number to work, showing that the shipper hadn't received it until long after the status changed to "shipped". The bottom line is, the products seem to be high quality, but you'll wait a long time to get them so don't order anything that is time-sensitive. For a product promoted on social media for the 4th of July, the service here didn't make the cut since I received it nearly two weeks after the 4th, despite ordering well in advance.

Great product quailty .Prints were perfect.Will definatly order again .Would of been 5 star if it wasnt for very late delivery.

The print is great. The order did take longer to get here than expected. The shirt ran more on the larger side and I’m a bit disappointed that I couldn’t exchange it.

The product, a t-shirt is awesome. It is high quality, very soft cotton. It washes and drys with no wrinkles. It did take a while to receive my order but customer service was very easy and kind to deal with.

Graphics are great on this shirt! It looks exactly as it was shown online.The price was good, the graphics are fabulous, but shipping seemed to take forever.The size seems to run true, but it was for someone else so I didn't try it on. I would order from this company again because even though it took so long to get here, everything was as I hoped it would be.

It is a great t-shirt, but it took entirely TOO long to get here.

I absolutely LOVE my t-shirt! It took longer to receive it than I anticipated, but it is excellent quality and the design is perfect! ❤️❤️
