Is 0 stars an option? Terrible quality AND customer service! I ordered a shirt on May 28th for $35 expecting it would be here by July 4th. It wasn't, which I was understanding of given the current pandemic. However, when the shirt finally arrived, it was completely misaligned. I put in a claim and they agreed to reprint and send a replacement. 7 weeks later (3 months after my original order) the reprint arrived with the colors completely off. By completely off I mean a background that is supposed to be orange, red, and blue is all pink and purple. Submitted a new claim for this shirt and it was declined. With every attempt at speaking to customer service I get an automated response to submit a claim. They don't even read the email where I state I've already done so. So here I am 3 months after ordering and spending $35 still with no usable shirt and probably no hope at getting a decent replacement or refund.

Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order with them and after waiting months for them to arrive, and numerous contacts to their customer service team, I ended up attempt to just cancel the order. Despite saying they would reply within 72 hours, they just ignored the cancel request and magically shipped the order 5 days later. Once the shirt arrived, not only were they the wrong sizes, but the sizes didn't match what they advertise. If you look on the site, they claim a medium is 20" wide by 29" long. What you get is something closer to 19" wide by 27" long.

I ordered a shirt for my husband on 5/29 for him to wear on the 4th of July. It did not arrive until 7/8, and it was printed crooked and the “premium fit” tshirt that I paid extra for is a tshirt that I could have bought at Michael’s for $3. I filed a claim hoping to send it back and get a refund, but they will only reprint a new one and send it even though I told them we don’t want this shirt anymore. I spent almost $40 on this piece of junk. Lesson learned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! I'm sure some of their products are done well, but my personal experience was subpar at best. Not only did the t-shirt take over a month and a half to arrive (Ordered May 30th) ....missing the 4th of July by a week....the shirt is crooked. I realize that it's a drinkin' shirt, so maybe they had "Ben-Drankin" while they put it on. But seriously not worth the over $30 I paid for it. Such a disappointment.

Do not order from this site. My friends and I ordered 4th of July shirts for our husbands back on June 2nd. The website said "5 - 10 business days" for prossessing. After several days of checking my order status, the website changed to "10 - 20 business days" for processing. Now on July 10th, my order has finally shipped. While customer service was prompt to respond to my emails, the website should have listed accurate shipping windows. If I had know it would have taken 30+ days, I would have spent my money elsewhere. Will never order from this site again.

This company is scam! Horrible to deal with and is using covid as an excuse not ship out orders or give refunds. I am pretty sure the 4 and 5 stars on here has to be fake. Don't buy from these guys, look up their Facebook reviews too, you will see how truly horrid this company is

Truly awful. This company is a scam. I ordered 4th of July shirts back in May and they’re still not here on July 2nd. No mail tomorrow (observed holiday) and no mail on July 4th obviously. Would give these scum bags a zero star rating if possible. If I don’t get a full refund, I plan to seek any legal remedies available to hold these crap stains accountable.

Literally no customer service. 2 shirts - $70 worth ordered in May and still not shipped for 4th of July as advertised. If you can’t accommodate the business due to the Pandemic then customers deserve to know what the status is of orders, and you shouldn’t be advertising products for a specific date. Wishing all of your employees safe and healthy working environment and to be treated better than your customers.
