Rocket ShippersReviews of rocketshippers.com

Our company has been signed on with Rocket Shippers for a few years and we'd had several logistical ups and downs from our end, but RS, and Erin in particular, our amazing Account Manager has been so great at being responsive, adaptive and gracious with helping us through both big issues we've had, and regular everyday occurrences. Our experience has been great overall, and Erin is an absolute star and a credit to her team!

Rocket Shippers are a great partner. The service, price and partnership is better than any 3PL i have ever worked with!

We've been with Rocket Shippers for about 2 years now, and the service has always been consistent - and pulled us through two huge holiday seasons flawlessly. This is the perfect partnership - you really don't get this level of customer service nowadays.

We've had a rough go with 3PLs in the past, and so glad we found Rocket Shippers - we were referred by friends. Onboarding/implementation was a breeze, and the handoff to CX and Operations was seamless. We were handheld every step of the way, it really felt like a white glove service. We ship fragile materials, and they made sure to work with us to ensure that our items arrive as safely as possible from A to B with minimal damage or none at all. Working with Rocket Shippers has put my mind at ease. Thank you so much for taking care of my (business) baby!

I couldn't be more thrilled to leave a glowing 5-star review for our experience with Rocker Shippers. With where we came from, it's like night and day. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. Something that was important to us was fulfillment and inventory accuracy; and when things happen - communication. Our shipments were handled promptly and with the utmost care. Their attention to detail was evident in the way they managed our inventory, ensuring accuracy and minimizing any potential for errors. And when things come up on our side, they were able to accommodate our changing needs without any hesitation, making adjustments seamlessly and without disruption to our operations. So, thank you! Keep up the great work, love working with Rocket Shippers.

Wow, where do I even begin? My experience with Rocket Shippers has been absolutely fantastic! From the moment I reached out to them, they've been on top of their game. Their team is not only super friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about all things logistics. I've worked with a few 3PL providers in the past, but none have impressed me as much as Rocket Shipper has. They make everything so easy and stress-free. Whether it's warehousing, shipping, or handling tricky logistics challenges, they handle it all with a smile. Plus, their communication is spot on. I never have to wonder about the status of my shipments because they keep me updated every step of the way. It's like having a logistics partner who's always got your back. If you're looking for a 3PL provider that's not only professional but also a pleasure to work with, look no further. They've earned every one of these five stars and then some!

We transitioned all of our fulfillment and warehousing services to Rocket Shippers after spending the first 4 years with our original 3PL partner. It was not a frictionless process, but the implementation itself was as smooth as 4-party implementations go. Glenn and his team have done an excellent job quickly learning our products and scaling their processes to meet our needs. After completing the transition in October 2023, the RS team took 100% of our volume during our busiest month (November) and met the fulfillment SLAs by 99% with a pick-error rate of less than 0.5%. You don't achieve that level of fidelity as quickly as they did without having the right boots on the ground. I've been very happy with the relationship thus far and have no doubt that this will be a fruitful, long-term partnership.

We moved into 3PL services with Rocket Shippers last month and have been super pleased! Their team has amazing client customer service and has felt very taken care of throughout the onboarding process and our launch. Our shipments have been sent to customers within 24-36 hours, and we haven't received any issues from our stores. The team that I interface with has been lovely and so kind. I have already recommended a few other founders to them!
