The guys are good and great at packing a truck…. however they were kind of slow in my opinion. It took them 8 hours for a house than was 95% packed. One guy spent 30 minutes shrink wrapping a cabinet. And the up-charge for the use of their boxes and materials is absolutely absurd. I’m still in shock. Read the fine print 😒

I am very disappointed. I had already one experience with Rocket before and everything was just great. This time though they've moved the appointment and let me know last moment. The quoting was very different from what I had to pay in the end. The worst was that my favorite cup got broken while moving. That was a very unlucky day for me.
