The guys are good and great at packing a truck…. however they were kind of slow in my opinion. It took them 8 hours for a house than was 95% packed. One guy spent 30 minutes shrink wrapping a cabinet. And the up-charge for the use of their boxes and materials is absolutely absurd. I’m still in shock. Read the fine print 😒

Jairo and the team were impeccably professional and efficient. They packed our belonging and moved us in record time —and great personalities and work ethic. My wife was pregnant during our move and I had no one else to help, but Jairo and his team (Peter, Larry, and Armando) made the process enjoyable and smooth —wasn’t stressful at all!

Charged two and a half times what I was quoted. I don't even think they refunded my deposit. They had answers and made excuses to justify it. Quoted $775 and charged $1855. None of the details provided at time of quote had changed and I wasn't able to get a clear cut breakdown from them. I was doing a good deed donating stuff for free, which was the only reason I used movers, so the additional unexpected $$$ really hurt my budget. I was more than fair and tipped the two guys that did the work $100 each even though I was shocked at the total amount they told me I owed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding the final cost of your move. We understand how frustrating unexpected charges can be, and we never want our customers to feel surprised or unclear about their invoice. We'd appreciate the opportunity to review your estimate, final bill, and deposit with you so we can better understand what happened and address any concerns.

These guys started off amazing. Then the decline and intimidation came. I have been sick for over a year and in the last few weeks got worse and wasn’t able to complete all of my packing. The team helped, but they brought a truck that was too small so my move hadcto be done in two parts and what should have amounted to a $3000 move somehow became over $4300 with erroneous charges for a Tv box and mattress box (both were never used) and then came time for payment. They had the audacity to ask me how much of a tip we were leaving and strong armed my 82 year old mother into leaving them an additional $200 tip which they still said wasn’t enough. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not use these movers.

It was necessary to store my belongings after the move. I cannot say I was pleased by the condition of my furniture. And I have only missed my artist portfolios since I didn’t need them until now. The sentimental things that were missing were nothing compared to the loss of my artwork for several years.

Worst moving company in the World. I had to move unexpectedly. They suggested a third party storage company to store my belongings. Rocket Moving Services went into my units. Stole and ransacked my items. Including components of my computer with important Data. I will be filing a lawsuit. Already have a pending Police Report. Criminals you are!
