Bad experience

Purchased an item online. My card was charged. Realized after 4 days I never received a shipping notification. Called to check on the order and told it was out of stock and back ordered. I needed this item! So I cancelled the order and bought the item from someone else. 2 things: 1. If the item is back ordered, notify the customer so they can decide to wait on it or cancel the order. Don’t just sit on your hands! 2. Don’t take money From a customer for an item you don’t even have. Bill them when the item is in stock!

Never received any order confirmation or corespondents. Still waiting for any confirmation on shipping ? Scheduled delivery? Yet credit card was billed immediately after order. Very disappointing.

Vacuum bags were unpackaged from manufacturer and sent in a big pile in a box

Its been 8 days without shipping my order. Emailed them twice with no response. I will never order from them again!
