I placed an order a month ago and have…
I placed an order a month ago and have sent emails to get an Update and only got an automated reply and no update. We have been charged and still don’t have the product. No email with order numbers or details.

I have communicated enough with you…
I have communicated enough with you people over your failure to deliver as well as the flippant and oh well stuff happens attitude of the CRS. The package was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. Finally shows up four days late with two of the days having the package held hostage 20 minutes away from its designation. Completely unacceptable and ridiculous. Despite numerous emails between your company and myself CSR makes no attempt to speed up the process or put a fire under UPS and clearly would rather lose the sale all together than to try to get the package here. All those details as well as a screenshot of delivery promise has and had been provided to the CRS that I've been speaking with. Not only has UPS been inept in its handling of the delivery but the CRS could really care less and only offers lip service.

Terrible experience
I ordered on March 31. Still have not received order. Was told today when I called that it is back ordered until atleast April 10. Communication with this company is terrible. Will never use them again. UPDATE: I heard back from Kelley Seubert which is an account manager with Rocket Industrial. They are using this as a learning experience. Since we are a small business I think I would have asked if there was another product that could substitute until the right product came in or simply is there anything we can do to fix this situation. But no, they are just going to use this as a learning experience. What a joke. I would rather they had not said anything at all. Now they are offering 10% off on my next order. This customer service department is a joke. Why would I put another order in when you all treat your customers the way you do. Look at the reviews below, this is happening a lot.
