Fast and efficient problem solving

Showrav is a very kind person and helped me solve many problems; I am very grateful for Showrav's help.

Showrav restored the wp-admin because we had a plugin issue

Showrav is giving the best support ever!

I use Rocket.net for about a year. Whenever you message support, they'd answer immediately and very professionally, even if the issue is not related to their service, they'd guide and advise. To tell that I am happy with their service is not to tell anything. Thank you once again.

Mehedi has done what requested, very easy to work with him. I appreciate his knowledge and patience .

We have been using Rocket.net for a few years now and it has been excellent. Support is extremely fast and incredibly knowledgable and skilled every time, and no matter who you get on the team.

I needed to update the admin email address for a site. The confirmation email never arrived... so I asked for assistance from Rocket.net. Showrav saved the day by patiently helping me through the process.
