I have been running my website, DailyStep.com, for many years now – Rocket.net is hands down the best hosting and the best support I have ever found. It makes me feel confident that my site is in good hands and if I ever have any issues they are there 24/7 to help me. As a site owner without a support team in house, Rocket.net have changed my life by always being there, usually within seconds. I always deal with a real person, never an AI bot, and also the backend of the hosting is really easy to manage. Everything is clear for non-technical people like me, but you have the same level of control as you would on a server backend. The Rocket.net support team can also log into your server and deal with any issues that you can't deal with yourself. I could not recommend them highly enough. If you are running a WordPress site, I would not look any further and rocket.net. They were recommended to me by another WordPress site owner I can confidently say I will never need to move my hosting again.

I've tried a lot of hosts for our WP site over the years. I can very comfortably say this is the best customer service I have ever received. The site is now incredibly fast, includes a lot of added bonuses (like a free WP-Rocket plugin) and the support is always there.
