Rocket.netReviews of rocket.net

Clara Santos was on the other line right away. She responded immediately when I entered a question into chat. I can't say how meaningful it is to have real people to talk to who care about seeing a resolution to my problem. Clara was clear, friendly and on point giving me precise and full answers to my questions. While we couldn't resolve my issue right away, I left with confidence on next steps and a support ticket in my inbox. I have little to no dev experience, and it was comforting to have such a strong platform and team member to field my questions. Thank you. PS In the time it took to right this review, my problem was fixed. Thanks Clara.

Showrav is a hero. Always quick with assistance and has made my day a little easier more than once!

Showrav was extremely helpful in resolving my issue while my developer was unavailable. Even though the problem was plugin-related and not directly tied to hosting, he took the time to assist and provided clear, easy-to-understand solutions.

It was a smooth and quick interaction. Great job!

I absolutely love Rocket.net! Everything works professionally and the platform is rock solid. What stands out the most is the support team—they are incredibly fast, efficient, and helpful. It's the best hosting experience I've ever had.

We used Rocket.Net for our hosting after having bad experiences with our previous hosting vendors. We never had a single issue. Their Chat line is always quick. Their pricing is very fair for the service they provide.

These guys are super professional, know what they are doing, are always helpful, and provide fast support. I have many sites, so I have tested so many hosting providers over the years, and Rocket.net is simply the fastest, hands down. Keep up the great work!!

very good support! :)
