I have recently started my own website and after trying out two other hosting services, I tried Rocket.net. Not only my website improved, their support is awesome. Very quick response and very helpful. I can recommend them to anyone who is starting out and looking for a service that will help you with everything even the technical stuff.

It is nice to finally have all my websites and clients website on safe, fast hosting! Rocket.net is also super easy to manage as well. Support is great and very responsive. Knowing my sites are safe, have backups, and fast mean a lot to me!

Superb hosting. Rocket.net probably offers the best hosting. Speed, features, and most importantly outstanding on-going customer support. This review is going to sound like an ad because this company has been a Godsend for my business and I'm really excited about it, so I'm going to blatantly try to help you swtich to them before you waste any more of your money with lower-quality but over-priced hosts. I have been doing extensive research and tried many hosting companies in the past. For my current business, I required premium managed hosting with a special focus on performance. My site must load as fast as possible regardless of the theme/plugins I'm running, therefore server optimization is key. However, I have found that premium performance is usually provided in exchange for excessive monthly fees. Other hosts will charge a lot more than Rocket.net for far less performance. Rocket.net is blazing fast (very low TTFB and fast page load times) and very honestly priced. Unlike others, they are very reasonable and - would like to stress this out again - HONEST in everything they do. Check it out and see for yourself. Finally, the most important benefit of Rocket.net is one I wasn't expecting. The management and especially one of the founders - Ben - is the most customer-oriented team I've ever come across. They are fanatical about going the extra mile to help their clients and were able to optimize their Cloudflare Enterprise setup whenever it was technically possible to do so in order to fit with my tech stack. Other web hosts do not provide the same level of technical support. At Rocket.net, they give out their very best at all times, with honest, fanatical hard work. I wholeheartedly recommend them, and all I can say is just give them a try. Then you'll know what I'm talking about.

I'll be honest: For as long as I build and run websites, I will be using Rocket.net hosting. My experience with them has been nothing short of top notch ever since initial signup. Usually you should be objective and unbiased for these reviews- but when you find a company this good and trustworthy, there's really no need. They deserve all the business they can get. There's really nothing else I need to say. Just try them. You have nothing to lose (they have a $1 1st month signup special). Just like me, you'll end up sticking with them.

Like so many others, I have been through a lot of hosts. 1 bad 1 and many that simply no longer met my needs. But of all the hosts, none have surpassed my expectations like Rocket.net. I am sure there is a reason why it's called rocket...it is intended to soar. I like to operate with a plugin-heavy WordPress build and no host handles my needs better than Rocket.net. The speed of my site as heavy as it is, is astonishingly faster than a bare minimum WordPress install on any other host I have used. The support was exceptionally faster than I anticipated, instead of waiting hours for a response...my average wait time was less than 5 minutes. And Ben did things for me that I honestly believe may have been the responsibility of my other host. Phenomenal service all around. Gracious attitudes with professionalism. And a humble response for all the kind words they received from me.

Rocket.net is the only hosting we will ever use! We had been looking for the perfect hosting partner for a few years trying some of the "best" in the business including WP Engine and Kinsta with mixed success. The problem was that these hosts always wanted to point the finger when there was a problem. We truly believe that Rocket is our partner and an extension of our team. We know that we can rest easy knowing that our sites are in good hands, support is readily available, and they won't point fingers but actually help us solve the problem (even if its not their issue).
