While we're sorry to hear you feel this way, James, our shipping policy is stated very clearly across multiple sections on the website, including the top banner on every page, along within the product's description of the shirt you ordered. It very clearly states that your item was fulfilled, on our behalf, by our manufacturer, and they require 2-4 business days to process and ship an order. It also states that if you needed this shirt by a certain date that we ask you let us know within the Notes section of the checkout page. You didn't let us know that you wanted the item for a concert and/or by a certain day, nor did you pay for expedited shipping. That being said, there was no way for us that to know that you required your item by a specific time, so we processed the order as a regular Ground Advantage shipped order, fulfilled by our manufacturer with the license, according to their processing and shipping time requirements. So while we're sorry to hear you feel like you wasted your money ordering from us, in defense of our fulfillment team, they fulfilled their obligations in regards to how your order was presented to them.

Hi Michael, we're sorry that you're having a frustrating experience with getting your order, however, after reviewing the items you purchased, it clearly states in each of these products' descriptions that the items are fulfilled by our manufacturer, who has these licenses, & they require 2-4 business days AFTER we submit the order to fulfill them. Being that last week was Memorial Day week, we were a little short staffed and your order was placed on Thursday. That being said, our Fulfillment Manager processed and submitted your order to the manufacturer this past Monday (June 1), and the manufacturer is expected to have the tracking information sent to us by Friday, June 5, at which point we will update your order to Shipped Complete. The prompt to submit a review that you received is automatically generated 1-week after an order is placed. So, again, we apologize for the inconvenience, but your order is being processed and will arrive within the next few days.

Hi Jesus - we're very sorry for the delay in shipping that you experienced. We received your order and processed it on Thursday. The items you purchased - both of them are actually fulfilled by the manufacturer who requires a 2-4 business day turnaround, and this is boldly stated in the products' descriptions. In addition, and in our defense, we also clearly state right after that manufacturer shipping notification that if an order is needed by a certain date, that the customer needs to let us know in the Notes section at checkout. We never received any notification from you that you required this order, by a specific date. Therefore, we processed and sent the order to the manufacturer on Friday - with the instruction to ship priority, as that is what you paid for. Monday was a federal holiday, and they were neither open nor able to ship. That being said, it now being Wednesday - we're expecting shipping information to be provided today, by the manufacturer.

I'm sorry that we had to do that, Kimberly, however, your purchase was detected by our order security system as high risk of fraud. When that happens, we immediately cancel orders so as to protect the credit card holder from unapproved charges and ourselves from receiveing a chargeback. We would have been happy to work this out with you had you contacted us upon cancellation of the order - but you never reached out to inquire with us - so, again, because your order was reported as high fraud risk - we had to take preemptive measures to protect both our store and the card holder.

Hi Eriche - I'm very sorry that you're unhappy with how long it has taken to ship your order, however, in our defense, there are notifications at the top of every page of our website that certain items are shipped on our behalf, by our manufacturers, and your item is one of them. Furthermore, it states both in the AVAILABILITY section, on the product page of the item you ordered, that this is fulfilled by our manufacturer and then in the product's actual description, it's highlighted that it takes 2-4 days for your order to be processed and shipped AFTER we submit it to them, with the stipulation that if you needed this item by a certain date, that you needed to let us know in the NOTES section of your order. You didn't alert us to this, so we sent this order in, along with a number of others, early last week, after we returned to the office and warehouse to process orders. Your order was placed on a Saturday, so Monday was the first opportunity we had to attend to it. That being said, we should have tracking information available to us tomorrow (Monday, June 30), at which point we will update your order to Shipped Complete.

While we're very sorry to receive this review and hear you hadn't yet received your order, by the time you wrote this review, your order was shipped on December 27, by the manufacturer. Reviewing your order, it was placed on December 21, using standard shipping, with no reference as to when you needed the item by. Furthermore, there is a large disclaimer, in bold lettering, in this product's description that states this item is fulfilled by the manufacturer, and they ship 2-4 days after we submit the order to them, and if the item is needed by a particular date, then that needs to be referenced in the Notes section, by the customer, at checkout. Otherwise, we have no idea that the item needs to be received by a certain date/time. That being said, there was no note to us stating a need to be received by a particular date, nor was any sort of express shipment option chosen. So, we simply processed the order, along with the other ones that are fulfilled by that manufacturer, as a standard order, with standard shipping. However, as mentioned, the order was shipped on December 27 and is scheduled to arrive in the next couple of days.

We're very disappointed to hear this as well, as this shirt was fulfilled by the manufacturer, on our behalf, as referenced in BOLD in the product's description. We double checked to make sure we ordered the correct item, from the manufacturer, for this customer, and everything on our end was correct. After tracking this order, we discovered the customer had this shirt in his possession for 2 days before writing this review, and within that time, he made no effort to contact us to alert us that he had received the wrong item. If he had contacted us immediately, we could have worked with the manufacturer to get him the correct item reshipped to be received in time for the holiday. Therefore, we are now left with a bad review because of lack of communication from the customer. As you can see from our other reviews, when customers reach out to us with issues, we work very diligently to go above and beyond to rectify any errors or issues.

After speaking with our Fulfillment Manager regarding this order who tried to help this customer during the busiest time of the year and filing a claim with the USPS on her behalf - this customer’s review is not really very legitimate. She claims she never received her order which the USPS vehemently denies both on their website & in a letter to us. Our team did all we could.
