Had quality issues and poor resolution
I watched the series on Netflix how to be a cowboy and the sponsor rock and roll denim jeans so I thought I would try a pair. I normally wear Silver jeans and have been very happy with them but I really liked the show so thought I’d try them. I received my pair and they were really nice looking and fit ok. A little loose but my wife liked them. Then…oh,oh. A huge hole in the right pocket where they missed stitching. I thought no problem my wife is handy she can fix it but I don’t want to pay over $50 (after a coupon) for “broken “jeans. So I called to see I I could negotiate some money back on my order thinking about $10 would be fair. I hate sending things back because we live in the middle of no where in northern MN and it is hard to get to a FEDEX. Well customer service said after talking to a manager that they would only give me 10% off. I asked if they were serious and they said that is all they could offer. I offered to send pictures and they said no. So I said I would just return them for a refund. Overall I was very disappointed in this company and will not order from them again. I’ll stick to silver jeans where I know the quality is.
