I never received Anything, and rock.com dont Care at All... i have emailed Them several times, and i get a standard answer telling me that Its my own problem, because i live outside USA... so dear rock.com, thanks for taking my Money and giving me nothing!

2 months after purchase and 3 inquiries ignored. I finally got a response when threatened to file better business report. Was finally told the record i bought and paid for was no longer available. This is after getting notice of shipment 2 months previous. I will never order from them again.

How can it possibly take 6 weeks to ship an order within North America in the world wide economy of 2016???? Zero tracking information and was basically told cross you fingers it will come. And that was after paying additional money for a non existent tracking number that didn't work. I sent over 6 emails, 1 per week and received nothing from management. If you put a fraction of the money you spend on marketing into delivering your product you would have a repeat customer. The quality of the product was good. The lack of customer service and follow up / over sight was the worst ever. Amazon, eBay - pretty much any other website can deliver in a fraction of the time you did. And not so much as an apology afterward. The least you could have done was given away a shirt or something. I ordered 4 shirts from you. 25% discount for the lousy fulfillment is too much to ask?

Don't buy anything from this company. I bought something and my package was never delivered and when I tried to contact them, nobody responded

Where the F is my shipment! Worst service ever! Ordered 3 months ago, still waiting... Better here before Xmas or I am assuming shipment has gone MIA?

I don't know where even to start. This is one hell of a con job! I am not going to waste my time writing about how bad the experience was, because I don't think it is going to make any difference to them. Suffice to say, even small time shops in the farthest corners of the world have tied up with Logistics companies to help track your shipment every step of the way, but Rock.com doesn't even have the basic infrastructure and network in place. Their tracking is non existent so I can't even call it pathetic. On demanding proof of shipment from their warehouses, all that they reply is by copying and pasting a paragraph from their TOS (Terms of Service), which in itself is a pathetic attempt to indemnify themselves from any eventuality. They do "appear" to have good wares listed on their website, but without a robust and genuine shipment and tracking mechanism, I'd strongly advise from shopping here.

I ordered a shirt from you guys (a tool skeleton shirt), which I was waiting for its arrival. It never came, so I emailed your support email and they were great and sent out another shirt and apologised. Unfourtunatly the shirt is still stuck in usps limbo, so I never even got the shirt in the end. I hate to give this low a rating since I'm not sure if it is even your guys fault, but I'm kinda dissatisfied with how you guys ship your product and keep up with it. I really just want the shirt I payed for.
