Got an email saying any of these tshirts / hoodies for 1 cent, bought ONE hoodie and payed for shipping, to recieve an email many days later to say the order has been cancelled. Why send an email out with a specific price on only a few products to cancel it a few days later, you knew the price was $0.01 so why cancel peoples orders when they buy it? Hilarious..

Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Attempted to buy two shirts, money taken from my account and then told my purchase had been been void. Asked for a refund and have been given the run around and still have yet to recieve the money. Will never buy from rock.com again and will inform my family and friends the same. If i could give NO stars, I would.

My boyfriend ordered me a metallica shirt in size medium...when I opened it at xmas it looked like it could fit my 5 year old niece...when I tried to return it ...I emailed them only to be told I had to return it in the original packaging....how is that possible...gave the shirt away to my 5 year old niece.

Ordered 2 small shirts on 12/9 for a Christmas present. One was half the size of the other. E-mailed them to exchange. They don't do any exchanges and said I had to return within 14 days. 14 days was 12/23! What a joke!!!!!!

We ordered items in June 2015 for a birthday present. It's now November 2016. We have not received the goods. Rock.com claim they were lost by the courier but will not provide me the courier's contact details to follow up with them and accept no responsibility for the shipment. Do not recommend.
