happy with the hoodie i bought (it's not of exceptional quality but it's standard rock stock) and also the ease of getting a refund for it when it turned out it was too big - though a shame no exchange option was offered

I paid for it, got the money back and it kept going back and forth 4xs. Went to my bank and it was no an issue on my end. Emailed them and they said it was bank when it was not. It was a pain in the butt when I was low on cash and all of a sudden took out the remainder money I had and sometimes put me in overdraft. Giving only 3 stars because I got my items on time and good quality but lack the 2 remainder stars for unclear reasons what was happening.

The website has a great selection of shirts. The only gripe is they are a little pricey.

there were a lot of options - so many designs i didnt see on other sites when looking for a christmas gift for someone. while this is really great, the site has a pop-up ad every single time you move to another page offering you a coupon if you enter your email (regardless of whether youve already done so and regardless of whether youre on your account on the website). this becomes a little irritating after page 2 or so. also, most of the tops i clicked on didnt work out because they only had 1-2 sizes available. so, im giving 3 stars because they did have a lot of design options, just not enough sizing options and too many ads for me to use the site regularly.

Shipping took forever! Maybe indicate more realistic shipping time for Australian customers. Otherwise excellent service and good website.

I had no problems with my order.

Be aware that no returns are made in original form of payment!! Exchanges are not given either, a full return for store credit must be done first and then you will have to reorder if you wish...this was frustrating considering the sizes seemed to be off on all different shirts that i ordered. I wouldn't order again

Love the store but my dealing w/ customer service was another story. The guy was really rude and treated me like I was stupid just for asking a question.
