SOME of the shirts are low quality and are not true to size. It would be helpful if the material or brand of T-shirt being used so people could judge if they want to take a chance with them.

Considering that every item has its own sizing there really should be the ability to return items for something other than store credit

Never received my order. They did refund my purchase immediately after the appropriate amount of time stated in their guidlines.

One shirt had a seam defect that had to be repaired. Sizing runs small. I would recommend air drying due to shrinkage. The cotton weight is a lighter and less durable than I was expecting

The clothes are a bit small. They also shrink a lot. Not too happy with the lack of women's plus sizes and the fit of the clothes in general.

2 part review because I placed 2 orders. First order no problems at all. Shipped next day. 5 stars. I was so happy that I placed another order, got the confirmation email and then 2 days later I get this: This is a confirmation that your order # 1389883 has been cancelled. Your credit card or paypal account has not been charged. It was previously only authorized for the original amout at the time of the sale and your bank will make the funds available again in a few business days. No reason why it was cancelled, of course today that sale is no longer available. I am very unhappy.

merchandise damaged upon delivery, customer service said too bad!! review update- rock.com made it right and sent me a replacement shirt, but only after my review was posted. so i am up grading from one star to three. if they would have bee more concerned in the beginning i would give them more!!

Rock.com has a great selection of merchandise, but the website is a bit frustrating to navigate at times. Products seem to take awhile to load as you're browsing the site, and annoying pop-ups appear very frequently to offer you discounts and keep you on the site. They do, however, have great sales and the order process is quick and painless.
