Well. I originally deleted this response email because I was frustrated at the level of customer service being provided. I don't blame you personally, I wholly blame your Company's Customer Service Management and lack of genuine customer service training. My original email stated that my keycap broke and if you could point me in the direction of getting new ones. Not only did you not provide me with consultation on where I may obtain replacement caps, you basically said it's not under warranty so there's nothing you can do for me - so goodbye. I want you to know that because of your Management team's lack of support in any way, fashion or form besides looking up whether something is covered under warranty or not is abysmal at best. Your entire customer service team needs to be retrained correctly. When someone asks to be pointed in the right direction, someone from your company should have info to provide on where best to buy or replace anything on your devices. I also want you to know that my two children are Gamers and one is a writer. I was going to seriously consider buying two more Roccat Vulcans as well as even upgrade mine to your newer series. Well, your company can pretty much forget that now. You've lost 3 sales opportunities. In addition, I will never purchase another product from you. I never asked for a replacement, refund or anything...just to point me in a direction to obtain new keycaps. Fortunately, the Internet is full of viable options. Apparently, something your company cannot absorb or consult on as to best options. Don't worry. I won't disseminate your email response to me to the world. Not because of your company's lousy disclaimer. I won't disseminate your message because I'll just be copying my message - this one to the world so that they truly comprehend the lack of customer service your company has. Again, nothing personal. But, if this is the kind of company you work for, I feel deeply sorry for your predicament. Please feel free to forward this to your Management Team. Hopefully, better customer service or even a notable "gives a flying f***" may come of it. Goodbye forever,
David D.
Don't buy direct. My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive and was the German layout rather than UK.The respones from support were woeful, I was told to "be patient" in one and that all they knew was that a sipment had been sent to the uk from the Netherlands. Now I have to send it back and I can apparently expect to wait another 2-3 weeks AFTER they recieve it, so in total, roughly two months to get a keyboard delivered. Just buy it from any of the online retailers.

Also Kaputte Maus, Kaputtes Vertrauen.

Have a key that's not registering properly (Roccat Vulcan 120 aimo) and I asked what I can try to do but they didn't want to help me and kept saying I need to contact retailer although I told them several times that I have no reciept so no warranty. Update: So I just fixed it myself this morning. Like the keyboard but this support was unexpected for such a high price keyboard.

Mostly used only Roccat mouse. But This is my 5th one witch goes bad and right click breaks. Not a single mouse has lasted over a year. As much as I love design and comfort of roccat .Its time for me to look in other options out there
