RoccatReviews of roccat.com

The RMA process was quick and easy, and I received a replacement within a few days.

Super Support, sehr schneller Versand. Roccat Pyro neu gekauft … tolle Qualität super tastatur!! Coole Rgb Beleuchtung Roccat Maus (Kone Pure Desert strike) schon älter funktioniert immernoch perfekt, liegt bestens in der Hand für mich die beste Maus!!!

Amazing service. She went above and beyond to understand my issue and help me out. Great I mean great customer service.

Mouse was having hardware issues. After explaining what was happening. They quickly started the return process. Wish I did not wait so long to contact support. :)

The paint on my Roccat Vulcan 122 Aimo came off. I contacted the support and quickly got my stuff replaced. Very Kind support.

Macht weiter so :)

Excellent. The response was quick and a replacement was shipped out and received fast.

A couple of letters started to delaminate. Replacement keys were not available so they replaced the whole keyboard.
