Excellent products and customer service
I have a keyboard, mouse, mouse pad and mouse cable holder (bungee) all from Roccat. Excellent products, work very well, love them. I once broke my space cap in half. Wanted to order a spare one but I didn't see any option to do so. I decided to write an email to the support team - they just asked me about all the numbers of the keyboard (serial, production etc.) and where I bought it etc. And they sent me a brand new keycap for my space key - all free of any charge. It's true that the keyboard was under warranty, but still, I wouldn't be surprised if they told me "your fault" but I would still be glad to pay for the keycap - better than buying a new keyboard. Genuinely pleased with Roccat. Excellent products, hassle-free customer service. Roccat rocks!
