Had to contact Roccats customer support to replace a faulty scroll wheel on a mouse I bought from their online store. The customer support was quick and easy, with no hassle and a very quick troubleshooting and I got to talk with an actual person from the very beginning. Instead of having me jump through a lot of hoops, they quickly acknowledged my attempts at fixing the issue an sent a new mouse to me. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies exceptionally bad support.
