Great RMA process, the fact that I didn't have to send back my defective unit was a big plus.

I purchased a Vulcan 121 close to a year ago. Emailed the company because I had lost my wrist rest, and was inquiring on how to purchase a replacement. They just sent me one out for free. Plus I have a mouse, and headset from Roccat, and love them all.

They honored their lifetime guarantee and replaced my broken mouse with a brand new one. They did this in a very timely fashion.

Firstly the products are great that's a given. But where Roccat excel beyond other competing companies is with customer service and looking after you, going above and beyond what I would expect from any tech company.
