Do not use this company. Ordered masks in July and emailed them at the end of August asking where my order was. They sent me a phony DHL tracking #. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This place is in China not the US like they want you to believe. Stay far away! Better to use Etsy if you want good quality masks

I placed an order for a tank top. I received the item two weeks later, which wasn’t a problem, but the shirt was the wrong size, shape, color, and the writing was faded. I emailed the customer service email twice over the course of two weeks and sent two messages through their website and have had no reply in regards to a refund. Not great when your window for a refund is 30 days. Also, on my credit card it comes up as Cambridge-something as the company I paid. Definitely something fishy going on.

I'm very very disgusted with this site I ordered a baby Yoda Nike Pittsburgh mask was told it had been delivered I got two mask that I did not order very cheap cannot get ahold of nobody through email nor phone number I will never ever order from this place again they ripped me off and they only got one star cuz I had to do that they deserve zero Stars I'm calling the Better Business Bureau the please beware if you're ordering from this place

Received my order within 3 weeks. Due to COVID-19 , i was expected delays, so I was positively surprised. The product is has described on the website. I was worried a bit seeing all those bad reviews, but i will order again.

Received item from company. Was not up to the same standards as the item used to make the sell. The problems with the item are included in the return policy. Sent pictures. No response through multiple emails or the phone number on the website. Will never use again. Save the hassle and use a different company.

This is the worst product I have ever received from an online order. The fabric is very cheap and thin and the printing on the fabric is really bad. I DO NOT recommend anyone order from this company. My total order was $19.39 and should not have paid more then $5. If I could have seen the item before I ordered I would not have ordered. The picture showing the item was beautiful. I know that pictures do lie but not this bad. This was to be a birthday gift for a 23 year Navy Veteran but not sure I am going to send it now. I'm actually ashamed of the item. The material IS NOT cotton. The shape is not as shown in picture above. Took longer to receive then 9 days also. I want to apologise for jumping the gun and believing some of the bad reviews I saw because the item I ordered just arrived it is exactly what I wanted . Thank you for making me eat crow . I will use your site again . Not a scam for those interested .

Said order would take two to three weeks. Even though on another review they said all they saw was processing if click the processing tab you can see more details, Anyway order did not show up as promised and I came to find out that even though they make themselves look like a U.S. company they are really in China. They did say they issued me a refund today, but have not received it yet.
