I rang this company so many times in 2024. I left messages, sent my CV and got no response from anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

I wish there was zero rating. I have a feeling these guys just take CVs so they can sell private info. What else would explain why they post jobs that don't exist, neither do they respond.

I was contacted by someone from Robert Half named Mary David, literally five minutes after I changed my Linkedin status to "Open to work". She said she could help me and had lots of jobs. There was a photo of a brown haired woman in her late fifties. I sent her my resume. She kept talking like there was a time crunch, we have to get this done in 5 hours. She directed me to Fiverr, to a man named Muhhamed Waris located in Nigeria who wanted me to give him $150-200 to update my resume. I said that was too much, so after a few minutes he sent me a special offer for $50. I said no thanks. Mary's tone was inconsistent, speaking perfect English one minute, then making basic mistakes. I'm not saying she let a bot take over, AI doesn't make such mistakes. It was someone else, who had no grasp of English. When I did not respond for longer than a minute she'd say "are you neglecting me? are you still with me?" All in all, a waste of my time. Be careful.

Don't waste your time with Robert half. The agents represent HR trashes who like playing with people living hood.

Agree they push out jobs that do not exist. I see many of the same posts week after week. Also no response and I am highly qualified and only 1 rejection for maybe 20 jobs I applied. I even emailed direct to the person listed in the LinkedIn posting of the job and never got a response. Google.. there many threads how awful they are. I would avoid this company.

Robert Half found an employee for my Company. It turned out the employees resume included a degree from a Pakistani Degree Mill. Robert Half were also supposed to check this individuals credit and criminal background. Robert Half never checked this individuals resume, background or credit. The Robert Half Organization should be avoided at all costs.

The Recruiting industry is in desperate need of regulation, so that they don't continue playing with people's livelihood. R.H. is a typical resume-processing mill that only naive job-seekers would waste their time with. They post fake jobs with the sole purpose of feeding their resume-database, and jobs that quite often, they know nothing about. In short... they are no better than any other recruiter. It's just their business-model: a) Post fake jobs to attract resumes for their database. b) Replace the applicant's contact information with THEIR contact information. c) Pitch resumes and lie to employer about the applicant... and to the applicant about the employer ("Great", "Dynamic", blah..blah...). When the employer does not take the hook... they disappear, and leave the applicant wondering "What happened??". If you need a job... deal directly with employers, no one else. Good luck.

The company said that they would reimburse me for parking because they said meeting the applicants was mandatory. They didn’t and that cost me $70. They failed to get me a job and the IT Recruiter ghosted me and this happened repeatedly. They are very unprofessional. After this the recruiter who said he would comp my parking started to harass me on social media. Avoid this company.
