I have never felt more abandoned, disrespected, or dehumanized by any professional organization than I have by Robert Half—the company that claims "Technology doesn’t change the world, people do." My experience with Robert Half has been nothing but abuse. They are anti Americans and anti new grade computer scientists / engineers. This is an organization that undermines new graduates, instead of supporting them. Robert Half disrespects ethical and honest individuals, instead respects the dishonest and manipulative people in their hiring process.   To all ethical companies: please reconsider supporting this organization. Robert Half abuses the new graduates, causing more harm than good to their early careers. Their practices prioritize profit over the well-being of candidates. Look at the recruiters LinkedIn profiles, which highlights how much they profit—making millions instead of helping the new graduate stand on their feet.

I don't know if I missed something along the way but it felt like a giant struggle just to get into contact with anyone let alone a recruiter. I call a number and have to go through three different people just to find the supposed right person to get in touch with and have to leave a message twice stating my name number, situation etc and never heard back. I guess I misunderstood the intention of Robert half. I thought it was a recruiting agency that is supposed to reach out to you and guide you to the right jobs that are conducive to your resume/profile but I put all my information up on Robert half and it's been there for a long time and I haven't had any contact whatsoever. Is it supposed to take a super long time for them to reach out? Anyways, definitely not the experience I was hoping for thus far

I am the founder of a startup, and I have been a client of Robert Ralph Brazil for over a year. I contacted them to hire a financial manager, and although they initially provided a candidate, I immediately reported unethical behavior from that professional. Since then, I have been waiting for a replacement candidate, as per the company’s guarantee. However, the process has been extremely slow. At the end of 2024, after months of frustration, I filed complaints on different business review websites in December. This resulted in some improvement in customer service, specifically from Leonardo, the manager in charge. However, even with this improvement, I have been presented with very few candidates, none of whom met the necessary qualifications. In a country with 210 million people, I find it hard to believe that there are no suitable candidates. What I see is a lack of effort, commitment, and willingness to help. This is why I am posting this complaint here, hoping that the Robert Ralph headquarters can assist me in resolving this issue. I invested a considerable amount of money, trusting that Robert Ralph would provide high-quality service. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. If the company is unable to fulfill its commitment, I expect a full refund for the service. I want to make it clear that I do not see this level of inefficiency in my business relationships with other American and Chinese companies. I strongly believe that Brazil has many talented professionals, but Robert Ralph Brazil lacks competent management. This is not a reflection of the talent available in Brazil, but rather of poor leadership within Robert Ralph's Brazilian branch. I request that this complaint reach the company's director at headquarters, so appropriate actions can be taken. I hope for a resolution as soon as possible.

Ik werd benaderd door Jeremie voor een functie die ik erg interessant vond en waarvoor ik me grondig heb voorbereid. De communicatie was aanvankelijk positief, maar daarna gebeurde er helemaal niets. Ondanks herhaaldelijke pogingen om contact op te nemen en verdere stappen te bespreken, kreeg ik geen enkele reactie. Het gebrek aan communicatie en follow-up is niet alleen teleurstellend, maar ook onprofessioneel. Het is erg frustrerend om veel tijd en energie in een sollicitatieproces te steken, alleen om vervolgens volledig genegeerd te worden. Deze ervaring heeft mijn vertrouwen in dit bureau ernstig geschaad. Ik zou dit bureau dan ook niet aanraden aan anderen die op zoek zijn naar professionele begeleiding en communicatie.

Seien Sie vorsichtig, was Sie es wagen, über diese Agentur und ihre Agenten zu sagen, die wahllos (und sehr unhöflich) versuchen, Sie auf LinkedIn anzuschreiben, oder dass Sie ihnen keine '5 Sterne' geben - sie werden nicht nur Ihr Feedback kennzeichnen, sondern auch Wege finden, Sie wegen 'Verleumdung' zu bestrafen (eine sehr erwachsene Einstellung). ============================= Be careful what you dare say about this agency and their agents who indiscriminately (and very rudely) try to message you on LinkedIn or for not giving them '5 stars' - they will not only flag your feedback but also find ways to fine you for 'defamation' (a very adult attitude).

Over the years, I’ve applied to several positions through Robert Half Recruiting, particularly for administrative roles that align well with my skills and experience. While I have been contacted by their recruiters, not once has this led to an actual interview with any of their clients. Despite their constant stream of job postings for admin positions, I have yet to receive a single follow-up or interview opportunity. This pattern of communication feels dismissive, leaving candidates like myself feeling overlooked and ignored. For a recruiting agency, this lack of engagement and follow-through is not reflective of proper hiring practices. When candidates are contacted but never hear back, it fosters a sense of disappointment and self-doubt, as though one’s experience and qualifications are insufficient or irrelevant. A reputable recruiting agency should make candidates feel valued and respected, keeping them informed throughout the hiring process. Unfortunately, my experience with Robert Half has been anything but encouraging.
