Robert HalfReviews of roberthalf.com

This company, that I have never contacted at all, keep contactintg me offering me freelance jobs. They have no clue what I was looking for (been in my current role for two year and very, very happy) but it was not freelance. No idea how they got my details but would not deal with them under any circumstances.

I got "cold called" in the form of a whatsapp message from some woman called "Adelina". She says "hi there" I ask who it is, she says she's from this company looking for candidates for a new programme and can she share more details, then asking if the issuewas resolved. I said "what issue? Is this a cold call?" She then sent me an advert for some "IT companies" and said they were desperate for candidates and to share my CV. I asked where she got the number from and said I wasn't looking for a job, have never looked at jobs on this website and have never given my number out. She read but didnt reply.

Due to a communication mishap, my interview was arranged for a time different to what was agreed. I phoned the agent at Robert Half who, in my opinion, was far too quick to place the blame on me rather than work towards a solution. In a rather rude manner, I was almost chastised for taking a full twenty minutes to try and resolve the issue myself rather than calling Robert Half straight away. Having been placed in an awful role before by Robert Half, I should have known better than to try again. I could not recommend this agency to anybody searching for a job.

Trash company. Don't expect anything useful from them. Stay away from them unless you think you got too much time to waste. They are very rude and unprofessional, like they never reply to your messages despite being seemingly interested in you.

I hired Robert Half a few years ago to hire an employee. We paid $15K for this service. Just found out that this long term employee is leaving for another position. He did not request this position from Robert HalF instead, he was approached by Robert Half. This is quite unethical practice. Thanks Robert Half. Can I have the 15K back now or will you find me a replacement employee?

The employee needs to pays minimum $50 for “interviews” what a scam! Don’t waste your time with this tembo company

The recruiters at Robert Half are unprofessional and disrespectful. I have over a decade of experience in an industry so I have been approached by a few recruiters at Robert Half over the past 3 months regarding job openings. I respond back, set up a time on the recruiter’s calendly only to be flaked on. The meeting was never canceled and no call was made and didn’t answer when I called. This has happened more then once and is disrespectful to me and my time.

Robert Half is very consistently the very model of the stereotype of "annoying recruiter" I am a Senior Software Engineer and have had lots of interactions with lots of recruiting agencies, and Robert Half is the only one that has earned a spot on my block list. One time in early 2020. I was interviewing with several companies and had received two offers. One of which was through Robert Half. I had decided that I was going to take a different job, and called the Robert Half recruiter to inform him that I would not be accepting the offer. His job paid slightly more, but was not remote and would have required a hour commute each day. He accused me of not being a good husband and not wanting to support my wife by not taking the highest paying job. My wife was working at the time as a practicing Attorney. Another time, shortly after starting a new position. I declined a cold-call interview offer from a Robert Half recruiter. The recruiter was offended, and tried to shame me over not being interested. "I thought you were a good person because you volunteer with (local charity event). I guess I was wrong".
