Joke of a job interview. 15 min Zoom with a recruiter. Then they make a barrage of requests: references, assestments and full background search...all this before they connect you to a job. There's no follow-up after the interview. I was auto-denied due to a criminal mark on my background search which I was never asked about nor did I lie about it. This company calls themselves 'felon friendly' on job boards. Do not bother.

Unprofessional employees don't even provide offer letter on letterhead. Uneducated people running this company and fools working for this firm. The documents are on some garbage/toilet paper.

I must have applied for 200 relevant roles over tgecsian ofv5 years with this agency. No one contacted me prior covid I called the HO spoke To a manager whom promised a response passed me over to someone who passed me back to another and there it stood. Faceless people. I refused to believe that in was not peaceable especially when other agencies have succeeded where they haven't even bothered. Will not bother with these people

While my first year was great, mostly because of Melanie Florian who is no longer with the company. This second go around, no one responds to any messages, no email, no text, nothing. It's very disrespectful and not good business practice. Then one person reached out and said that I had a bad review, which is a lie the company they said gave me a bad review asked me to work there full time. They said I was unreliable, yet I would take emergency jobs for the next day. Awful management or maybe the management is unaware of their atrocious behavior in the Houston offices.

Employees sending me messages on telegram and whatsapp out of nowhere. No idea how they got my info and they wouldn't tell me. Just said that they got my info from the company. Seems very sketchy.

Cold messaged on WhatsApp. Said my information is on a national recruitment database in UK. I explained I am unable to work as mainly bed ridden and can be in and out of consciousness and disoriented. "Gale Balskey" was adament the job was suitable as it was only 10 minutes a day from my mobile. I asked what it was. She then changed it to lots of different jobs. When asked to name one was told they had tons of suitable jobs such as online surveyor or proofreader! Each time she pushed for information so HR could contact me to start the job but couldn't tell me what job! When I said did she really think I was suitable for those roles she got rude.she said she was only trying to offer me a job and to have a nice day. I said I thought it was a scam to be told, "well I didn't as you for anything, did I?"
