This app is great
This app is great. I have found many places to explore and stay using this app. It’s easy to navigate to the next place. There was one issue that occurred on the way home, when I tried to plot the next place to stay it would place the next spot in the middle of my trip instead of it being the next stop in my trip. It was fine from point A to B but not back again.

Thanks so much for the great review! We're glad Roadtrippers has helped you discover awesome places and navigate your journey. That issue with adding a stop on the way home sounds frustrating—we're sorry you experienced that! If your route out is similar to your route back, our planner could get confused about where to place that stop, but you always have full control to rearrange as needed. Our support team is happy to troubleshoot and help you with that should you ever need it! See you on down the road!

You billed my account twice
You billed my account twice. I sent a e-mail last week. When you got in touch with me you promptly refunded my account for the one. Thank you
Response from RoadtrippersNov 4, 2024
Hi Etta! We worked with you today to resolve your issue of creating two separate accounts and purchasing a membership for each account by confirming which account you wished to keep and refunding the purchase for the other. If you are still having issues please follow up with our support team!

I wish the navigation would adjust the trip when we change roads
Response from RoadtrippersSep 17, 2024
Hi Quinn! We love to see that Roadtrippers is useful for you, but we also want to make sure everything is working as it should! When you navigate down a different road than Roadtrippers navigation directed you initially, navigation should update with new directions. If this does not happen next time you use navigation, can you please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can troubleshoot what you're experiencing? Many happy travels!

Roadtrippers is a solid platform
Roadtrippers is a solid platform for trip planning and keeping a record of your travels, however you must pay for the upgraded package. Some of the identified places and features for Australia are a little out of date. Would be great if they covered Europe, or even some of it.

Hi Peter! Thanks for the great review. We are glad you enjoy Roadtrippers, and can see how being able to plan trips in other parts of the world would be awesome! We hope to expand to other countries in the future. In the meantime, if you do find a place on Roadtrippers that needs an update, please reach out to our support team - they'll make sure the place is updated and ready for the future!

I already filled in a review.

Main plus is the amount of waypoints
Main plus is the amount of waypoints. It can be annoying though if you change the start date for example and you have to manually adjust the date for each waypoint.
Response from RoadtrippersAug 29, 2024
Hi Mike! We love to hear that you appreciate being able to add up to 150 waypoints to build epic trips in Roadtrippers! We are working to enhance our date system so that it is easier to things around - especially on those longer trips. If you do have any questions about that, or any other feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out to us through email!

the AI does a decent job
the AI does a decent job, but you can tell the paid placement ones that drift in a little outside the distance you request
