Thanks for the feedback and for taking care of the issue yourself. If you find you need to replace the schrader valve just let us know. Our current batch getting built in the factory will have an aluminum cap on the schrader valve, which should eliminate that problem in the future.

Thanks for the good feedback and the honest criticism. $16 to ship the brackets seems a little high. We use an automatic shipping calculator, but sometimes the smaller items come out high. I adjusted the shipping for this item (SKU) to a flat rate of $10. The brackets are heavy and we don't get special rates like Amazon. For anyone reading this, if you buy them with your Road Shower, you can use the coupon code of "12off" to eliminate the shipping cost as we can pack them with your shower. I would refund you the $6 but since you pointed it out, I refunded the entire $16. Thanks again!

Thank you for the feedback. We looked into this. We use an online shipping calculator and the fee you were charged is what it calculated. It was too high. It should have been about $10 less. So thanks for pointing that out. We will just charge a flat $10 to ship this item in the future. I refunded the difference back to you. Our customer service is always ready to help if you are not completely happy with your purchase. Thank you for updating your review...we really appreciate it!

Hi...thank you for the good review. Wondering if you could shoot us an email to [email protected] to let us know what the issue was with ordering on our website. We have not heard anything negative ever, so would like to fix anything that is not causing a good experience. Thanks!
