IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD
IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD HAVE. I am now at 7 phone calls to get my SIF (security interest filling) release. I refinanced this loan with anther institution and Roadrunner States "we mailed it to them on 1 April 2020." I call my new lean holder and the state they have not received it. I call and call and call and get the same response from Roadrunner Customer No-service that they have sent it out. It is now 6-30-2020 and I can not get the SIF from Roadrunner and still no one wishes to help in the situation. I would not and will not ever deal with this company again. I would hope that if you are looking for a loan that you would also not consider using them. The level of customer service is worse than a fast food restaurant with teenagers working the store Update: 7/9/2020 As not to change my initial comment I will provide this update. After posting this review and a compliant to the BBB, I did get a response from the company. I have had a wonderful gentleman call me from the title department and take care of all of my concerns. Not to give his name here, but he manages the title department and did everything he said he would do. He even called back at a later date (today) to see if I got the documents needed. I do appreciate the Managers call and do think that he was very professional and sympathetic to my needs. I still don't think it should have had to go that far but the company has done everything they a supposed to do now. I did appreciate the last persons who helped me, and the fact they went above and beyond to make things right.
Response from Roadrunner FinancialJul 23, 2020
Deal Phil, Thank you for taking time to discuss the matter with our staff over the phone and allowing us to further review and remediate your concern. We apologize that it took so long to receive your lien release documents. In cases where a creditor funds a payoff, we release the lien directly to the creditor. As discussed, we originally released the lien (SIF) to the creditor on 4/1/2020. We are not sure why the creditor claimed they never received it; however, we believe it may be due to confusion based on the type of loan that funded the payoff. Upon your latest contact with our team, we issued new paperwork directly to you via priority overnight on 7/2/2020. After following up ensure you received everything you needed to process the release, we were very pleased to hear that this resolved the matter. We sincerely hope that after working more with our team, that all your concerns have been addressed and resolved. If we may be of further assistance to you, you can contact us at 833-288-1367 or email us at [email protected]. Please ask for the Remarketing Manager and reference your Trust Pilot Review. We appreciate your business. Very truly yours, Roadrunner Account Services Customer Service.
