Great RV, friendly staff, service needs work
The RV itself was perfect, and everyone we dealt with was very friendly: the two people who helped us check in, the driver who picked us up and the person at the front desk. The service around it was a bit bumpy, though. Pickup was late, and there was some uncertainty about the gas level and tank volume, which took some back and forth to clear up. The online check-in also wasn’t clear enough: you have to actively book the hotel pickup and drop-off, and that’s easy to miss. Overall, good value for money, but the service processes should improve.

Roadbear, ein zuverlässiger RV-Anbieter
Zuverlässiges Fahrzeug, 22-25ft. Wir haben bereits mehrfach RV`s von Roadbear gemietet. Personal in Las Vegas könnte freundlicher und dem Kunden zugewandter sein. Einige Ausrüstungsgegenstände wie Putzeimer, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, etc. mussten von uns eingefordert werden.

Motorhome with flaws
The staff were friendly and explained everything well. The motorhome already had 37,000 miles on it, so it was showing some wear and tear. The mattress was sagging. But the worst part was that the black water valve was leaking; this caused black water to accumulate in the storage compartment and then spill out onto the road. We had to drain the black water every two days to prevent an odor inside the motorhome—even when the tank was only a third full.

However, we note your comments regarding the mattress condition and the serious issue with the waste system valve leaking into the compartment. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. We are taking immediate steps with our maintenance team to repair the leakage problem and inspect the vehicle's interior furnishings.

Rückmeldung Camper Road Bear für 9 Wochen miete
Positiv: -Gute Vernetzung in den USA. -Fahrzeug (Fahrzeugseitig) hatte keine Störungen - Gute Fahrzeugabgabe in Las Vegas Negativ: -Leider hat die Wasserpumpe nicht funktioniert. Wir haben Road Bear 8 mal telefoniert für eine Reparatur. Leider hat auch dies nicht beigetragen, die Pumpe zu reparieren. Somit hatte wir mehr als eine Woche kein Wasserdruck. Als wir uns anschliessend beim Reisebüro gemeldet hatten, wurde anschliessend die Pumpe repariert. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass bei der Abgabe eines Fahrzeuges eine Ausgangskontrolle gemacht würde. - Notstromaggregat lief nur teilweise

Die Übergaben sind professionell…
Die Übergaben sind professionell organisiert und funktionieren sehr gut. Die Qualität der Technik (Strom, Wasser, Gas) lässt manchmal etwas zu wünschen übrig. Mit etwas Handwärkergeschick lassen sich aber fast alle Probleme lösen.

Easy pick up and drop off process with…
Easy pick up and drop off process with helpful staff to advise on all the RV features. RV did not miss a beat on the road, I have heard of people with other companies suffering breakdowns and being left stranded so was a little apprehensive but RV was modern and reliable.
