The vehicles are very safe
The vehicles are very safe, spacious, easy to drive and the best RVs we saw on the road. The insurance is not lip service, as they really do cover the cost of any collisions, with little trouble for us as the customer. The customer service in the San Francisco office is fantastic and they made it really easy to drop off. The customer service in the Denver office lacks attention and communication, and their manpower seems to be limited.

We're so happy to hear you enjoyed our vehicles and the seamless insurance process! We appreciate your kind words about our San Francisco team. We've noted your feedback regarding the Denver office and will certainly address those points to improve our service there. Thank you for sharing your experience.

Modern, new and excellent condition
RV was really new and therefore in great condition. We rented the 31 foot RV having not driven one before and was easier than thought to drive and operate. Their support before and during was excellent and spent a lot of time explaining how it all works. If we rented another RV, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

We had an excellent experience with…
We had an excellent experience with Road Bear RV from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, and the pickup was well organized. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything we needed to know before setting off. The motorhome was clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and in great condition. Throughout our trip across the USA and Canada, it was reliable and made our journey enjoyable and stress-free. We especially appreciated the quality of the vehicle and the outstanding customer service. We would happily rent from Road Bear RV again and highly recommend them to anyone planning a motorhome adventure in North America. Thank you for helping make our trip such a memorable experience!
