Road Bear RVReviews of roadbearrv.com

Marco & Denise

I had no dificult on the experience

We had a very positive overall experience with the RV rental. The staff at both pick-up and drop-off were friendly, helpful, and professional. We especially appreciated the older gentleman whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch — he was exceptionally kind and had a great sense of humor, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The RV itself was in good condition and served us well throughout the trip, except for an issue with the generator, which stopped working halfway through our journey. The customer service representative we spoke with on the phone was very friendly and did her best to help us troubleshoot the problem remotely, although we were unable to resolve it that way. We were then directed to a repair shop in the town where we were staying. The mechanic explained that the problem was caused by fuel with too high an alcohol content and recommended switching to higher-quality fuel, which successfully solved the issue. Overall, we had a great experience and were very happy with the service and the RV. We truly appreciated the friendly staff and their efforts to help us along the way.
