NC, rural king morganton, I purchased a pistol online did background check delayed 30 days then dropped out. I carry concealed permit , store said I had 2 choices do another background check or call customer service for refund . I'm getting a refund less shipping charges so now I've paid to stock there shelf at the th store. If they do this a lot its scamming consumers.

Cancelled my order because they said they had an error on their site. Which was the gun being priced wrong I guess. Cancelled it with no warning or compensation. Won't be buying another firearm in the future.

The first time (3 years ago) I ordered a Taurus was the worst experience I ever had with the RK gun process this time I thought they might have changed not one bit same arrogance and careless attitude kept my order for over 3 weeks after receiving was never able to speak to anyone I went there in person Clarksville In location the man behind counter said oh yeah is here then I was there for over 2.5 hours playing their games finally I got my order and left… LAST TIME yes I know you careless l

03/30/2024 I contacted RK Guns Customer Service Dept. 3 times prior to purchasing a specific Firearm. I was assured they had said firearm in stock and shipped me one. My FFL Dealer received the wrong firearm. RK customer service was not very helpful when I contacted them about the wrong firearm shipped to me I contacted the manufacture and the Firearm RK Guns was advertising does not exist in the style & Caliber. when I asked for a refund they said the couldn't guarantee I would get the full amount of my purchase Refunded (BUYER'S BEWARE)

I have ordered several firearms from rk guns and only had a few problems, this time it has been over 30 days zero customer service ,I will never order from them again, I promise they have permanently lost a customer.

Just like all other reviews, customer service is bad. They wont answer emails. I asked why my order hadnt shipped after 2 weeks, no answers for a week. took 3 weeks to receive, then after it shipped got an email saying that they had to order from the manufacturer...really? It was "in stock" when I purchased. Dont purchase from them. I asked for them to make it to me and said there is nothing they can do.
