I used RJM for my tax exemption & tax filing on my 1st online business. The company has been extremely helpful and assisting me throughout the process even when I was falling. While my online business has not gone successful, RJM has done its part to assist me with all tax filing matters and got all my tax filing issues resolved and in good standing with states. Lastly, I will say this, everyone (start from CEO to all employees) that I have been encountered with at RJM has been very kind, competent, professionalism, and most of all trustworthy. Jared is a thorough gentleman and a great human being. Our LLC had many fines imposed on it from many different states because we could not find some online login details, required to have the state filings done. Jared helped us out. He worked on these issues to where almost all of those fines were removed, and we had to pay very little money, to just a few states. That was such a huge burden off my mind that it's hard to describe. I was dreading paying all those fines to all those states, but Jared worked hard on them and got them removed. I am deeply grateful to him for taking prompt action to handle all of them. I would recommend him wholeheartedly for any state filing work that anyone has. He is a very sincere person. I used the service for tax exemptions with my amazon store, found everyone I interacted with to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient, and completed everything very quickly, while being proactive and very responsive to my questions. By comparison, I used another company for a Walmart store tax exemption, and they were poorly responsive, extremely slow to complete the process which resulted in me having to pay late fees, and very condescending attitude with my questions.
