Honestly, way too much of a hassle. They were definitely not clear. They should have somebody call and ask you the questions that they need to know and fill it in themselves.

We offer clear instructions and videos from the very beginning and pride ourselves with our response time to resolve any questions. We have completed tax exemptions for nearly 3000 businesses with over 150 (5 star) reviews for our service. We do take calls and have a booking system for when specific needs and requests arise, available upon request for when we cannot resolve the issue over email within 24-48hrs. Then interacting with Jared Bailey getting everything with the taxes set up. Jared has been super helpful and patient with me.
