I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Knight - prior to getting connected to Brandon I was somewhat confused about the process of gaining tax exemption and my role in that process. Brandon could not have been more helpful. He stepped me through each phase of the process, always kept me informed about where things stood and what he was doing to clear obstacles encountered on the journey. I felt totally confident and at peace once Brandon stepped in - he knows his business and provides outstanding customer service. You can't go wrong.

I’ve been working Adam and he helped with getting me tax exempt, however I have a had to continue to re-ask the same questions over and over again without getting a clear and transparent reply. There is a strong pressure from the company and Adam to upgrade your service when it’s not something I need. He has also been rather curt & rude telling me he as explained something over again when he has not addressed the ongoing issue.
