I have already placed 7 orders with this supplier. I have appreciated the competitive pricing and the availability of live support when needed. I recently had a problem with the web site not displaying order status information. Richard took my information about the issue and followed up regularly to see if it was completely resolved (yes it was). Any site can have a web issue. These guys will work with you to be sure it is resolved. I have also noticed that Richard can find items even when the web site is showing "out of stock".
