I cold called RJL from Google search and wanted to buy 18 scanners. I never trust any online purchasing due to delays and wrong item shipments. This call however led me to a person who gave me all info on the item and made my purchasing process easy, fast, and most of all RELIABLE. I needed these scanners in NY as I was traveling there for a Toy Fair from Dallas. RJL Tech is located in NY and went out of their way to personally drop the scanners to my hotel!! This company went above and beyond to ensure my success for my business. As a business owner myself...I am happy to work with RJL on all my future purchasing.

This guy is top notch, first I am on the west coast and sent him an email at night about 7:30-8:00 pm our time and I received a response with in 10 Minutes! From there on it has been a breeze. I have a time sensitive project with a very big client on the west coast and keep me informed and his projections were spot on with delivery times(which can be difficult).
